  • Our prices are in US Dollars. Prices do not include international duties and taxes. Hellenic Aesthetic is not responsible for import duties, taxes or tariffs.

  • Although many of our products are made in and sourced from Greece, Hellenic Aesthetic is located in the United States. Our brick + mortar retail store is located in Astoria, New York.

  • We ship globally with FedEx, UPS or the United States Postal Service.

  • We offer a one time discount code for 10% off your first order when a new customer subscribes to our mailing list. This code is only valid on purchases made through HellenicAesthetic.com and cannot be applied to invoices or used at our NYC store.

    Items purchased with discount codes are final sale.

  • Our t-shirts/sweatshirts/iPhone cases ship directly to you from our printer. Any remaining items will be fulfilled by Hellenic Aesthetic under a different tracking number.

  • Most orders dispatch within 5-7 business days after purchase. If custom/made to order jewelry is included in your order, your entire order will ship when the custom item is ready to ship.

  • On average, our custom and made to order jewelry ships 8-10 weeks after purchase, even if expedited shipping is selected at checkout. Please see the item’s individual page for more specific information about lead times.
