Shipping & Returns
USA: We ship to all 50 states via the United States Postal Service for the flat rate of $5 (3-5 days)
Canada: We ship to Canada via USPS First Class Package International (6-10 business days) as well as Priority Mail Express International (3-5 business days)
Australia and the UK: We ship to Australia and the UK via USPS First Class Package International (delivery date varies by destination) as well as Priority Mail Express International (3-5 business days)
Hellenic Aesthetic is not responsible for any international import duties.
Orders are dispatched 1 to 3 business days after they have been received, unless they are a custom order like our nameplate necklaces, Greece, Crete or Kefalonia necklaces.
Please note that if you purchase a custom item, like a nameplate necklace, with any in stock item(s) they will be sent together in the same box 3-6 weeks from the original purchase date. If you would the in stock item(s) sooner, please place two separate orders.
All sale items, special orders, gift cards and personalized items cannot be returned and are FINAL SALE. No exceptions. Cancellations, changes, or returns are not allowed on personalized styles as they are made to order and are FINAL SALE.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of items not listed above, notify us at email@example.com before shipping your item(s) back to us. We allow returns up to 30 days from the purchase date with the product's original packaging included. Shipping charges are nonrefundable, and the return shipping must be paid for by the customer. Please allow up to one week from the products arrival back to us for funds to be released (minus original shipping charges) via PayPal.
If we do not receive your return package as described above we reserve the right to refuse your return. Hellenic Aesthetic is not responsible for return items lost or damaged in the mail.
Exchanges will be handled as a return and reorder. Please follow the steps listed under returns and then reorder website to purchase items under a new transaction.
Damaged or defective items should be reported to us (at firstname.lastname@example.org) within 10 business days of receipt of the item. Do not ship damaged products back to us unless requested to do so. A refund will be issued to your account or you will be shipped replacement item(s) as soon as possible.
Canceling an order
Please contact us at email@example.com to cancel an order, unless it is a custom order. If your order has not shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that if the order has shipped, we cannot authorize a cancellation. In this case, please follow the steps above under Returns.
Gift cards are nonrefundable.
