Founded in 2012 by Alexandra Kouziaki, a third-generation knitter, Plexida is a slow fashion brand of knitwear, ethically and sustainably handcrafted in Greece. 

The craft of knitting was passed down from woman to woman in Alexandra’s family; from her great-grandmother, a silk-worm farmer, to her mother, a professional knitter, the rich history of the family craft guided her to a creative outlet-turned-business.

Plexida combines traditional centuries-old techniques with timeless and minimal designs to create premium quality, long-lasting, and essential pieces that will be enjoyed for many years.
